Andrew Hayward

CEO

Andrew has been around real estate since he graduated high school, working with his father on their investment properties in MA and FL. He went on to major in both Real Estate and Finance at the University of South Carolina.

Andrew went on to buy his first 3-family investment property right after graduating college. He then went into working in financial advising, banking, and lending; quickly learning the often misunderstood lending aspect that is so important in real estate. This banking background helped him understand first hand how to build and  improve credit to be able to qualify for a home. He now works full time managing an apartment community of 215 units and over 600 residents.

His passion for real estate, management, and meeting new people has been a great combination to starting a career in real estate. He is a big supporter of finding opportunities where all parties can win and come out with an agreement they can be proud of.

Sean Mattis

Director of Operations

Sean graduated with a finance degree from Susquehanna university, and shortly moved to the IT world where he focused on consultancy. Seeing a rise in the real estate market in Philadelphia, he chose to switch to this industry and gained his license in 2018.

Since then, Sean has found a niche in the investment side of residential properties. His day to day involves studying the trends in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, and working closely with contractors, investors, and developers to broker properties that suit their specific needs.

Sean has a keen interest in procuring distressed properties and using creative financing to assist both sellers and buyers.

Mike Pergola

Director of Sales

Mike grew up immersed in the real estate industry. His family has worked in the commercial real estate industry at several of the world’s largest brokerage firms, including CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. This caused Mike to form a natural passion for real estate at a young age. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he worked at a Private Equity firm outside of Boston. Through this role he gained experience in real estate investment, development and asset management.

After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Fordham University, Mike took a job with Merrill Lynch working in their New York City office. As an advisor with a diverse client portfolio, he helped them reach financial objectives and assisted them with their banking needs. By bringing his experience from the real estate sector, he aided in procuring residential and commercial property financing for his clients, ultimately saving them money in the long term to live with financial peace of mind.

Mike has a passion for the real estate sector; connecting with new people and guiding them to solutions that help them overcome financial hurdles. He uses this skill set to help our clients leverage the solutions we have to offer here at Homes by Hayward.
